Is a hybrid type of yoga developed in 2014, combining traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock. It increases your flexibility and core strength, provides traction for your spine and is a very fun way to workout!
Better than Barre~
Is a stretching and toning class that sculpts, lengthens and strengthens your muscles. You will see improvement in your posture and your sense of calm. This is a gentle but powerful class.
Dosha Balancing Yoga~
Is a gentle flow class. It’s like a Hatha Yoga combined with Ayurveda to balance doshas for a greater sense of harmony, self-awareness, energy, and health.
Gentle Flow Yoga~
Is a breath-centered practice incorporating many elements of both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. This class is great for gently opening up the body while focusing on strength and flexibility.
Is an active form of meditation using yoga poses, mantras and breathing techniques. Kundalini yoga strengthens your nervous system, increases your will power, clears fogginess of the mind, clears energy blockages, cleanses the organs and purifies the blood and, opens the heart chakra.
Is an athletic form of yoga. Its roots come from Ashtanga yoga. It moves quickly, is great for strength training and leaves you feeling energized. You will be stretched out and get in shape. For those who get bored by the slowness of traditional yoga and crave a workout, this class is a must-try!
Styles of Meditation~
We will learn and practice 4 styles of meditation. Breath meditation, mantra meditation, walking meditation, and silent meditation. Meditation reduces stress, controls anxiety, decreases depression, enhances self-awareness, lengthens attention span, reduces age-related memory loss, generates kindness, fights addiction, improves sleep, helps control pain and decreases blood pressure.
This class teaches gentle stretching and self-massage to increase range of motion, create symmetry, ease chronic pain, increase circulation and reduce cortisol promoting peacefulness.

For all classes wear comfortable clothing.
Meditation is best done on an empty stomach, especially breath meditation.
For Aerial yoga, it is best to wear tight-fitting, flexible clothing and to come on an empty stomach, as we will be doing inverted poses.
